⚖️ Музыка vs. Белый шум — сравнительные исследования

Akiyama et al. (2020)

The Effect of Music and White Noise on Electroencephalographic (EEG) Functional Connectivity in Neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Journal of Child Neurology, 36(1), 5-13.
Результат: White noise produced significant differences in brain connectivity compared to silence, while classical music did not — suggesting music feels more "natural" to the infant brain. In theta and alpha bands (relaxation/sleep), white noise created more brain activity than music, supporting the idea that white noise keeps the brain busier while music allows it to rest.

🧠 Развитие мозга и эффект Моцарта

Rauscher, F.H., Shaw, G.L., & Ky, K.N. (1993)

Music and spatial task performance. Nature, 365, 611.
Оригинальное исследование «эффекта Моцарта». College students who listened to Mozart's Sonata for Two Pianos (K. 448) showed a temporary 10–15 minute improvement in spatial reasoning. This was the study that launched the popular (and largely debunked) "Mozart effect" — the finding was brief, task-specific, and was never replicated in infants as a lasting IQ boost.

Multiple replication studies (1999–2025)

Консенсус: No reputable study has ever shown that passive listening to classical music makes children permanently smarter. The original "Mozart effect" was a temporary improvement in spatial reasoning in college students — not applicable to infant IQ. However, the research consistently shows that classical music does improve sleep quality, reduce stress, stabilize heart rate, and increase cerebral oxygenation — benefits that matter more for a developing child than a temporary IQ bump.
